my role

As a Designer at Agncy, I work on multiple projects at a time and shape each phase of the design process from scoping to implementation. I facilitate co-design sessions, lead stakeholder communications, conduct research, build frameworks, map ecosystems and storytelling to clarify and practically implement the change our partners seek. At Agncy, we wonder,

"How might we use design as a tool to transform people, organizations and systems?"

project highlights

Over the years of my time at Agncy, I work with teams and leaders in local government, philanthropy, public art, healthcare, restorative justice, and education sectors. Some highlights include:

  • Designing ecosystem and journey maps that surfaced systemic barriers impacting BIPOC creatives in Massachusetts, nurturing in-depth research with users and stakeholders to inform state and philanthropic investment opportunities in the undefined creative economy.

  • Facilitating a council for caregivers delivering more equitable outcomes for childcare with the Cambridge Department of Human Service Programs.

  • Leading a co-design and restorative justice program from 2023-2026 for high-school students, collaborating with formerly incarcerated teammates and storytelling with data scientists and engineers to improve safety in Boston Public Schools for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development.

  • Designing a youth and family workbook and educator’s guide for the inaugural Boston Public Art Triennial, designing playful games to navigate the festival and leading a community council to define engagement strategy.
